Does migrating my website cost anything?
No. We migrate your website from another provider at no cost. We let you know before every step and stay with you until everything works.
How long does the migration of my website take?
It depends on the size of the website and your current provider. For a typical WordPress website it is usually a matter of days. As soon as we review your case we give you an estimated date and schedule the switch so your website stays online.
Will my website stop working during the migration?
No. First we copy and test your website on the new hosting and only when everything works do we point the domain to the new server. While the change propagates, your old website stays visible.
How do I give you the details to migrate my website?
From your client area, under “Migration”: you enter your domain, the platform, your hosting provider and the credentials, or upload a copy of the files. The credentials are stored encrypted and deleted when the migration is finished.
Can I keep managing my domains?
Yes. We help you with registration, transfer and email set-up, and you decide about your domains at all times.
What is the difference between hosting and Sanniasi Studio's plans?
Hosting is the place where your website is stored. Our annual plans (Basic, Business and Ecom Plus) include hosting, maintenance and support. If you already have hosting that works for you, we help you manage it or migrate it.
